RADON CONTROL INC
RCI is a family owned business established in 1987 to furnish products to radon mitigators at wholesale prices. RCI carries a wide variety of quality products for radon reduction systems and radon fans including brand name items as well as unique proprietary products.
Our goal with the website is to add a new level of customer service. We can now facilitate customers that prefer placing orders at their convenience. We value our ability to work directly (over the phone), but realize that it is vital to provide a means for doing business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet. Of course, RCI will continue to provide support over the phone during our normal operating hours.
RCI has always taken pride in our ability to fulfill orders correctly and in a timely manner, and we hope this site will only add to your experience in working with us. If your order is placed before 12:00PM EST, (or before 2:00PM EST over the PHONE), it will be shipped the same day at no hidden handling cost. We continue to ship all products via UPS using their current published shipping rates.
We are in the process of adding more specific information (i.e. product specification sheets, some diagrams, useful tips, EPA info/news, and other useful information), which will be an ongoing process. However, if you have any feedback on how we can improve our site, please feel free to let us know!
